Personal Programme Design....
Personal training sessions start with a client interview and a thorough analysis of client's fitness and nutritional aspirations and goals. This is followed by a series of body composition and fitness tests, including heart rate, blood pressure, peak flow, body fat percentage, visceral fat levels and BMI amongst others.
Based on this information, clients will have their own bespoke fitness programme drawn up for them with clearly defined goals and targets. As well as a weekly fitness diary to help clients stay on track in between sessions.
Sessions can be conducted on a one-to-one basis or in a small groups. We are happy to conduct sessions at place of our client's choosing. Those clients with small children can have sessions in the privacy of their own home whilst not having to incur the cost of a creche.

All personal training sessions require an initial consultation for £25 which is refunded when booking subsequant sessions.
